With a strong background in organisation development and systemic management techniques, the field of project management is the main focus of our analyses and services for our clients since 1996. A wide range of both practical as well as consulting experience is part of our history: milestone was and is a collaborator and leader of scientific research projects, training and consulting projects of enterprises as well as of interdisciplinary projects and complex programmes on behalf of public administration authorities.

With special emphasis on co-operation, we use methods and work structures flexibly in keeping with each concrete problem, proposed solution and context. For some time, we have come to appreciate systemic consulting approaches for the abundance of valuable irritations and stimulations they offer.
